All possible efforts are made in the interest of accident prevention at all our locations including work sites, workshops and projects. We do realize that it is good business practice to guard against accidents and occupational diseases.

Preventing accidents will reduce the associated costs and increases the morale of the employees, this is an intangible benefit to the organization. It is our belief that all accidents, which injure people, damage machinery and destroy materials, can be prevented by taking care in everything we do and having a positive safety culture . All employees in WBG are expected to perform their duties without compromising the Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures which are reviewed in alliance with OHSAS 18001 and current legislation. Health Safety and Environmental requirements are an integral part of all our systems and are carefully planned and controlled in all the day-to-day operations.

Each project team, performs a site specific hazard analysis for their project. WBG gives health, safety and environment an absolute priority and is committed to continually improve the safety culture within this organization.
