Al Hayl Road is located in Al Fujairah city near Fujairah Airport on the western side of the residential city of Mohammed Bin Zayed. The Project comprise widening of 2 lanes in each direction. Scope of works includes construction and relocation utilities such as Underground electrical cables, Etisalat line, storm water ditches, improvements of street lighting and 3No culverts construction and expansion and relocation of existing water line. Road works construction is 6 km including finishes such as road markings, traffic signs and signals, guard rail, road barriers and interlock paved service roads
